Return and Refund Information

We strictly follow the no return and no exchange policy and thus no item, except the ones which have arrived damaged, shall be returned. Make your purchase with full consciousness. Please go through the following prerequisites before claiming for return.

  • You have 7 days following order receipt to return an item to us under our 7-day return policy. 
  • Your item needs to be unused, with tags, and in the original packing in order for the return to be accepted. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
  • We would require evidence in the form of a photo or video that the product came damaged. Therefore, it is advised to film a video before unboxing your order. 
  • Once we've received and examined your return, we will refund you the amount in 10 days, excluding the shipping cost, i.e., the amount you paid solely for the product.
  • Return shipping charged would be borne by you.

Cancellation Information

We strive to provide you with top-notch quality products, and all orders are checked thoroughly before shipping to avoid any inconvenience

Cancellation of orders is possible only before the order is invoiced for shipment. Once an order is Invoiced and Packed, it cannot be canceled. 

No cancellations can be accepted for those products that have been ordered on special occasions (these are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible). 

There shall be no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category.
